I read this comment on one blog, some time ago

“I was very hopeful about the opportunity offered by LiteracyBase, but I have not been participating much lately. The site is already showing signs of a poorly thought-out business plan and staff who are unequipped to run the business smoothly.

I am investing my time elsewhere and remain here mostly because I have a few friends I care about and want to see succeed. I do appreciate the extra $20 or so a month, but I can earn it much quicker elsewhere. And at this point, I don’t feel sure that it will even be paid reliably once earned and requested. LiteracyBase has a lot to improve if it hopes to establish itself as a site we should take seriously.”

Surely the site owners would have read it as well. Why do they still keep such members here?

@bestwriter LB is very open to constructive criticism and feedback. During the early days of the site, I had written a blog post ruing about poor pay rates and some suggestions to counter it. I was sure that the post won’t be published. But the post was not only published but one of the suggestions of giving incentives was implemented too. We got some extra cents for being regular on the site and so on.

What the member wrote is his/her perspective. But I feel that one should not criticize the site which is paying you…It’s just like criticizing your employer. You can put forward your suggestions to improve the site but assumptions about payments and all is not acceptable.

@bestwriter I don’t mind reading such comments as I feel everyone is free to express his/her thoughts. Even we write comments about other suspicious sites but that makes no difference. It is the result that matters in the end rest all is gimmickry.

@suny  The comment above is from someone who is an editor on the other site now.

@shaloo walia  This must have been the time she was setting up the other site and may be by degrading one site she thought she  would get better results at that site. But that site is all messed up and  squarely she is to be blamed.

@shaloo walia I have written a comment on her post regarding plagiarized posts but she has defended them by telling me how to migrate posts from other sites and remove them from search engines. There is so much to write but I would refrain from mud slinging and wash dirty linen in public.

It is not bad to criticize but it ought to be relevant and within limits.

There seems many issues. When you comment make sure that it is not too harsh to the person owner of the post. There is no perfect grammar. What is important is we will be understood. We are not in the position to criticize someone. Our concern is to post tp earn and not to ruin the dignity of the person owner of the post you believe erroneous. The right person to check the error is the site owner trough  its moderators plus the word press.

who? who wrote this?

Gosh, that is such a sad thing to do !

I mean, there is a new site called blogbourne which I knew that had just set up but heard that the pay rate is rather low.

Then, what other site that pays better than here?

Anyway, can anyone tell me who is it that said those comments?

Why ?

When?

Gosh! Being away for 1 week, so many things happened!

@peachpurple I am the author of the comment that you and Grace find so deplorable. It is honest feedback that was solicited by a question about our experiences on LiteracyBase. It was not meant to hurt feelings, but to give the admin here fair warning that there are some issues that need attention.

I know that when I am in a position where I am helping to run a group or a site, I appreciate such feedback. It isn’t easy to hear sometimes, and I might not always agree with the priorities or opinions of the people who are giving the feedback, but I’d rather hear from someone directly than to have things go unsaid or to gossip behind my back.

@bestwriter I find it interesting to hear various people’s guesses at what was going on when a certain comment was written. Sometimes they can be pretty close but often when we make assumptions, we can be way off!

In this instance, for example, I think the comment was written right after I started writing on TextBroker. The other places I was talking about were TextBroker and my personal blogs.

@ruby3881  Happy to see the prodigal daughter back. Do stay and help this site flourish. You can do that.

It wasn’t me who wrote this epistle of thoughts. I am not sure why he or she gave such statements. I think it is fine to give an opinion but stating sentiments towards the site wasn’t a good idea. If he or she feels that way, then why do you need to stay here.

@bestwriter I am trying to catch up today, Grace. But it’s very difficult with the ads and the video on every page. I’m also having that same issue we had before, of the orange bars that have no notification in them and won’t go away. I’m trying to track what activity they might be related to, so they’ll go away…

@ruby3881  We are all facing them but are doing fine – atleast I am. I am here every single day – very active. If there is a will there is a way.

You are the mascot of LieracyBase. Your participation here will do wonders to this site.

We all work on more sites than one.
