I tried to send message using the Contact Us but the form is missing.

Usually , there is a few boxes where I could fill up my username, email address, contents-message.

 

But I could only see the video of Literacybase

 

What happened??

What other ways to contact @admin and @support?

@peachpurple I suggest you clear your browser cache and retry all your actions. Maybe you will succeed doing all what you need.

@suny It is not there for me either. No textboxes. And I have tried with all browsers I have. Do you getting it, just click on contact us from above tabs? Please confirm.

I have cleared google cache, clear history too

I restart my laptop.

Login LB and went to Contact US,

Still the LB video only

How do I contact @support or @admin?

I already submit my message to @support and @admin profile page, using Private Message and Public message

Still no news

How??

@ peachpurple I don’t think this is cache problem. As I have already done that and also checked with other browsers. Plus not many members can have same problem because of this. Even I have sent message to admin and support. Hope to hear from them soon.

@peachpurple I suggest you use Mozilla Firefox in case you are using Chrome right now as it worked for @Anand when he was facing this problem yesterday. I hope it works for you too although I am having no such problem whatsoever.

@ suny I still don’t understand why it is different things for different users. I mean if you are having no problem then why few users are getting that problem. I have already tried out with different browsers too but it is same with all.

Anyways it is fine as private messages are still working. I did it and send message to support, and got reply from them too. So at least that thing is working for me.

I think different browsers have different effects on the page display.

 

Too bad that i don’t use firefox

 

Anyway from now on i will just send private message to admin n support
