@kaka135
Your very welcome 🙂
Usually it’s works like that, the higher your point/rank the wider your authority actions.
I’m not sure about what happen to me on my latest reply but i can edit it although i only have 1 point – maybe it just some bugs LOL

I also didn’t see any point on my profile – it only show when i reply on a forum discussion thread 🙂

——-
Edit: Yeah i can edit my comment, but with conditions “as long as no body reply” on that forum after me. (if you have lower point like mine LOL)

@kaka135 Yes, it is handy to see who voted! Now if only the replies were threaded – or at least the reply would insert the username!

Yes, I do see the edit option. I think it may have been there before too, but I don’t remember for sure.

BTW, @kaka135, your score is up to 15 now 🙂

@kaka135 maybe I made a mistake but I mean there is a point on our profile every time we reply to a forum. It is written below the word Participant, after topics and replies. Yours has 27 as of this time. I don’t remember mine. It means you already have 27 times voted up. I wonder if it gets lessen once there is someone voted you down.

@haraka That’s interesting to know. Perhaps the edit button only appears when there is no other reply after our comment. I will check this out after I have posted this reply.

@grecy095 It’s me who misunderstood that. 🙂
I think the point will be deducted if we have a vote down, but I am not too sure about this. I guess only @support can confirm about the ranking and the voting system too. We will just wait until they have some free time to answer this.

I have just become a member of some forums and yes I will definitely vote.

Ranking and voting system is one of the factor that will help you in getting promoted to the next level as the current level being “Newbie”. Once you are promoted, you have more options to earn and additional capabilities.

@krishnaa you pose an interesting question: is the “vote up” similar to a “like,” or is it intended to rank one or two of the best answers to a forum post? I wonder if the @admin could clarify? It would be good to know sh we’re all using it consistently and fairly 🙂

May 8, 2016 at 1:52 pm

We will wait till Support and Admin confirm this one as if I got voted down I think that will lessen it because it is a vote down. Do you want to try on me? However, I guess not for this time because it might reflect on my reputation as I will have a voted down for a nice comment/replies @kaka135.

@grecy095 I see you are at 19 points now. And boy, have you been busy in the forums! You and @kaka135 are answering so many questions and leaving so many replies! I hope it makes a big difference for your earnings.

Myself, I seem to be earning a lot for visitor referrals. When I share my posts, I add my referral to the link. That seems to be helping. There is a place next to the sharing buttons for posts where the referral is mentioned, but when I tried to use that button to add it to the link I was sharing, it didn’t look like it got added.

After so long of not being credited for all the visitors I referred to BlogJob, I’m not leaving it up to chance. I add the referral to the URL and share manually, if necessary.

@ruby3881 that is why I am will do what @kaka135 shared on how to do it so that I will able to earn from referring visitors. What are the things you shared from LB, is that a blog posts or the link of your forums?

@support is there a certain points that we need in order to move on the next level. We are a kind of people who try to help each other so little by little one of us will able to experience that in no time. I am interested what is the points we need to achieve because for sure all of us are into receiving other earning options.

The criteria for next level is with our board members. They decide on certain factors, like (post, Votes, referral, how active member they are, etc).

And then they promote the member.

May 8, 2016 at 2:33 pm

@support Thanks for the clarification regarding how rank gets decided. We will look forward to learning more about what opportunities the rank increase opens up for us 🙂

@grecy095 So far I have only shared my two posts, but when I signed up I shared my referral link so friends could join. I suspect some of the visits are from those shares.

@ruby3881 for that one, I will start sharing my post now. I think I will start a blog, still about Literacybase because I would want to promote the site everywhere.
