GREAT LEADERS INSPIRES US TO GROW AND BE THE BEST WE CAN DO

Great leaders inspire us to change, to grow, and to become our best selves. The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them.

And only those who can follow and have good standards can lead.  If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more as they become better, then you are a good leader.

A leader can be defined as T-E-A-M.

Trust. Can you be counted on to be there for your team? Being dependable (being where you are supposed to be and doing what you are supposed to do) is an admirable quality of a great leader. If you want to be a legacy and a valuable member or a leader of a group/team, you must be willing to say, “YOU CAN COUNT ON ME!”

Effort. Give your all support and a helping hand to the team to enable your goals to succeed. Use your energy in a consistent way and dedicate your time and talent in a way that makes the team better. Do not just play or make fun of your position. To be a good model to follow, you must say, “I WILL GIVE MY BEST EFFORT!”

Attitude. Focus on the things you can control and block out the things you cannot. Avoid being distracted from team goals, visions, and missions. Constantly look at the possibilities of having a good result of your hard works instead of looking for a problem. Always have the ultimate desire to succeed. A person may lose contests at a time because of his/ her attitude rather than show humble talent. To be a good leader, you must always say, “WE WILL FIND A WAY!”

Morals. The thing that glues a team together is its member’s dedication to each other and the leader’s loyalty to the team. Being a leader, always put aside your personal glory. You must willing to sacrifice “me” for “we” in order to make the team successful. Always put your feet on the ground and don’t stay on top where you might stamp on others feet. As a leader, always say to your team, “WE WILL BE THE BEST WE CAN BE!”

If you can find a group of people willing to live and work by these standards, then you have more than a successful organization. You have a good leadership for the team.
