If you have moles or soft skin tags on your body, then there is nothing to get worried about it. They will never cause severe disease like cancer. In general, they can be seen near the waist areas of the body, below the arm pits, on the face and on the nose.

The most important reason as to why a lot of people tend to get annoyed or irritated by such soft skin tags are because it affects the appearance of that part.

Generally, soft skin tags or moles appear above the waist area or on the face. There are several mole removal methods, with which you can get rid of those moles. You can consult a skin specialist, who may either suggest a cure for it or may suggest a surgical procedure. But, the surgical procedure will be expensive and will also be painful.

If you surf on the internet, you can come across a lot of products that claim to remove these moles. But they may not be reliable. Here are a few solutions for you to remove those unwanted moles. You can try these at home.

Paste of baking soda with castor oil

Prepare a paste of baking soda with castor oil. Some people may not like the smell of castor oil. If such cases, they can add a little bit of mint flavor to the paste. Once you made the paste as stated above, apply it on the areas affected. This paste or mixture can be applied on the affected areas twice or thrice every day for about a week or so, till the moles fall off.

Nail Polish

A general mole removal technique is to apply nail polish. The nail polish cuts the supply of oxygen to the area. This helps in drying of these moles. A channel masking tape can also be used here. However, the nail polish has to be used till the moles fade away.

You can find many methods for the removal of moles existing today like nail cutters and herbal pastes. Using nail cutters to remove the moles is not advisable since it is a painful method and may also lead to lot of bleeding. Those people who do not like to see blood drops should better avoid this method. You can always go to a doctor in case you are not certain in removing the moles.

It is always necessary that you take all the precautions when you are about to make use of the above methods for removal of moles from your home. Having some knowledge on different dangers that may come along with these mole removal methods can help you from unnecessary situations.

    • I have many moles in my face but I wont dare to remove them because as I watched one program in our local television channel, removing your moles without doctors assistance is very dangerous and it might give you infections that will make your skin look ugly.

    • I may try with nail polish. I do have a few on my neck. Some recommend Epsom salt mixed with Iodine Not confident to do that.

    • There are so many remedies that we can get on the net for different things, but before we get to use this remedies it is good to check the side effects that come with them or else you could be doing your body harm without notice take care though.

    • I have tried the method of cutting off moles and I certainly agree it's not for the faint of heart - they bleed a lot! I hadn't heard of the nail polish method. I think I will try that on a stubborn mole I have under my arm.

    • If ever I wanted to have removal some mole in my body, I would rather consult an expert. I am afraid any side-effect that may happen after having removal of moles by myself. There are some cases that I read that mole can be cancerous. But I like the tips you had mentioned if I am not too delicate with moles, then I will do this.
