It is said we need to sleep at least 7-8 hours. The best for the sleep is absolutely dark room, without the slightest light. Your body feels light even through the skin. If you cannot reach it – eye mask is the second best choice. Any electronics should not find its way into the bedroom. Only by ensuring a good night sleep it is possible in the morning to wake up with a fresh mind. Then a cup of coffee also takes absolutely different quality. Coffee not wakes you up to the normal level, but raises the thinking capacity above the norm.
