Fear Makes People Act Strange

There’s a Twilight Zone episode I quote often.   A horrible little boy named Billy has great power.  If you annoy or anger him, he sends you to the ‘Cornfield’, which is death.  If you say what he doesn’t like, he closes your mouth, permanently.

Billy has power and to survive, everyone, no matter will chime; “It’s a Good Thing!  It’s a Real Good Thing!”

When he’s not there, people will confide in each other, but in public, if he can hear them they chime; “It’s  a Good Thing,”  because they are so scared.

On my Facebook page,  there are people who are terrified of Trump.   They have jobs in America, or family.  So they post the most positive things about this man who sees them as sub-human.

To add to their ‘Good Thing, Real Good Thing!’ terror they will attack Obama.    They are Not White, but they are attacking Barack Obama, as if Trump will read it, and like little Billy be pleased, and Not send them to the Cornfield.

In life, you never know how a person will react to terror.   They may claim to be brave and have principles, you may believe they have courage.  Then, they see ‘Billy’ and they tremble and quake and say; “It’s a Good Thing! It’s a Real Good Thing!” because they are so scared.

To see a Non-White Person attack Barack Obama must bring smiles to the faces of every single White Racist.  Nothing is more pleasing then to see people who you consider inferior, Prove they are Inferior, by attacking one of ‘their own’ in the presence of those who think they are sub-human.   It confirms the belief, they are sub-human.

One thing you learn, whether it is religion, caste, colour, gender, or political persuasion;  you NEVER tear down one of Your Own to an Outsider.

In the private precinct of the Living Room, Daddy might castigate Child for saying/doing something In Public. But Daddy will NOT humiliate or demean HIS child in front of Strangers.

In the Private Precincts of a Synagogue, a Mosque, a Church or a Temple, one member might reprimand another Member, but s/he will not do it on the street in front of Others.

In a Political Party, only among your Own will you attack a member of the Party.  In public, you keep a unified front.

Those who go out in Public and attack One of Their Own in public, are ridiculed, are the ‘proof’ that those people are Inferior.

Those non-whites who attack other non-whites hoping to Please Trump, only prove to him how very inferior they are.   How easily they are frightened and willing to sell their brothers and sisters into slavery if it will protect them.

Pity them, they know not what they do.
