England Cricket team has always been a very good competitor but they were not able to play well in Indian conditions ever be it Test match of One day internationals and Now even the t 20 matches as well. England needs to get 204 runs in 50 over’s to go 1-0 up in the 7 match ODI series but this was not easy as the pitch is very spin friendly and Indian spinners were very lethal at that time.
England started very poorly and lost both their openers Andrew Strauss and Mat.Prior cheaply on the team score of 4 runs in the first over on the bowling of very impressive irfan Pathan. After that England kept loosing wickets and were then bowled out for only 164 runs in 38.1 over’s and As already looking it was very tough for England batsmen to score against the Indian spinners, with Harbhajan Singh picking the 5 wickets haul, he was the Man of the match and India won this match by 39 runs and go 1-0 up in the series with 6 more games to play.
