Effective yoga for weight loss

Overweight! Having no time for the gym! Don’t worry. I have effective solutions for you. It is all about yoga.

Most us are the victim of obesity nowadays. But we don’t have much time to step out for a gym. We think about running and jogging nearby our residence. But, alas! We don’t have a greenery near our locality. In some case, I have found that sweating through gym regularly does not help in weight loss. No need to concern. Yoga can eliminate your worry reducing your weight. A study showed a person practicing yoga for at least 4 years having less tendency to gain weight than they don’t.

Sometimes it is seen that an obese person has more food cravings than a normal person. Yoga could help you to stay away from constant food cravings.One more thing we all should know that not only food cravings but also, a stressed and wicked mind are a result of weight gain. Yogas like hall asana, Sar Banga Sana are very workable to minimize stress. Do you have a digestive problem can have a  fatty stomach, Gastric, fatty liver can give someone a bulky stomach. Doing yogas are rather helpful to appease digestive disorder. One of the biggest reason for weight gain is the hormonal problem. The hormonal problem happens because of an unhealthy lifestyle. Yoga could also minimize that problem. All that I can say is, yoga is the master key to weight loss and diseases. We have a list of several yogas those can cut out extra fat from your body.

Forward bend pose:

It is very fruitful to cure digestion as well as reducing belly fat.

Steps:

Sit down straightly on a smooth floor. Keep your backbone erect. Inhale slowly and try to grab your toe by your thumb and index finger. Now, bend to forward as possible as you can. Try to touch your head to your knee. Stay in the position as long as possible. Now, exhale slowly and back to the position. Take rest. Increase the timing of the position day by day.

Shoulder stand:

Sarvangasana means yoga for all organs. The name implies the yoga is effective in every perspective.

Lie down on your back. Inhale slowly. Raise the both of legs together. Keep them vertically. Now support your waist by both of your hands to keep legs erected. The whole body should be stand on depending on the shoulder. Stay in the position for 30 seconds and take rest. Increase the timing of the pose.

Locust pose:

A yoga that is done by pressuring belly.

Steps:

Lie down on your stomach. Place your both hand beside your thighs. Raise your legs as well as hands with a deep inhalation. Maintain the position for 20-30 seconds. Back in the previous position by exhalation.

Boat pose:

Another easy to do effective pose to weight loss.

Steps:

Sit on your back with legs. Straight legs in front of you. Now try to lift your chest and feet off the ground stretching your arms towards feet. Keep your eyes towards your feet. Maintain the pose for at least 30 seconds. Go back to the earlier position. Here I have given only a few yogas, but there are many weight reducing yogas. Must try to get a slim and attractive figure.

    • For weight loss, I just eat an apple and drink lots of water for dinner at least 4 times a week. Now, my pants has loosened up especially on the waist area. So, I think I will just do this for 3 times a week only now, because I have lost some belly fats already.
