I had seen drop scones in restaurants but never tried to homemade one as I thought it was a hard core recipe.
Ironically, it wasn’t hard to follow at all.
I found Nestle website gives lots of easy step by step tips how to make cooking and baking easy for new moms and lousy chef like me.
This is my first batch of Drop Scones that I had made and the best breakfast besides pancakes that I had tried my hands on.
My son was the number one fan of this Drop Scones.
He found that mixing with jams and KAYA ( coconut screwpine jam) were his favorite add on.

I found that this Drop Scones recipe is much easier and less work compare to pancakes.
I love the soft texture, drops easily into the pan and see the bubbles rises!
