We all have the desire to have a good figure fitted in an attractive attire. It is necessary to have an enchanting and slim face as well as an attractive figure. But, a sagging and flabby chin interrupt our desire to happen.
A sagging chin is a result of being overweight. As our body becomes greasy, our face to starts to gather fat and makes itself flabby. The chin area begins to be obese and creates one more chin with the original one. There is a permanent way to get rid of this flabby and sagging chin, surgery. But, surgery is very expense that none but the only rich persons could afford it. But, I am providing another easy to do options those are less expensive than surgery. You can do these procedures at home by your own.
1)Chewing sugar-free gums:
A very effective procedure to get rid of double chin is chewing gums. But, remind the chewing should be sugarless, otherwise, because for having sugar instead of reducing weight you can put on more. Chewing for one hour for several times a day can certainly reduce your flabby chin.
2)Egg white:
Egg white mask is great for not only skin health but also minimizing saggy chin. Make a mask using two egg whites, 1 tablespoon lemon, honey, and peppermint oil(optional). Whisk them well. Tilt your shoulder and apply it over your chin area. Let it dry. Rinse it with cold water. Doing this 3 days in a week supports you to reduce double chin.
3)Glycerin:
A great and simple option is using glycerin in your face mask. You need ingredients for glycerin face mask are:
Add one tablespoon of glycerin, half tablespoon of Epsom salt(if possible) and few drops of peppermint oil. You can add honey to it if require. Mix it well. Apply it over your chin area using cotton pad or finger. Leave it to get dry. Rinse with mild cold water. Do this three times a day for better result.
4)Wheat germ oil:
Another efficient way to get rid of double chin is massaging the chin area with wheat germ oil. Wheat germ oil has an attribute of vitamin E oil. As vitamin E tightens skin, the wheat germ does the same. Before going to bed apply and massage some wheat germ oil around the chin area. Massage softly with your hands from the neck area. Leave it for the overnight or you can wash it after one hour of massaging. Do it on a regular basis. You would find the result very quickly.
5)Chin exercises:
Chin exercises are excellent and most of the time most adorable way selected by many of us to keep the double chin problem in a bay.
a)Sit in a comfortable place. Keep your spine erectly. Tilt your head slowly. In that position pucker up your lips in a pout. Stay in that position for 15 seconds. Repeat it 10 times. Ten counts for one round. Do 2-3 round in a day for faster result.
b)Turn your head gently clockwise and anti-clockwise. Repeat each for ten times to complete one round. Keep your spine erect. Do it several times a day. Keep it in mind that breathing should be normal.

Some people are really conscious for having double chin. I do think that it is not worth to undergo surgery. Simple instructions that were indicated in this article would be a good help for people. I will share this to some of my friends.
