Do you take brakes if you do ten topics a day?

If you are writing ten topics at the same time do you take breaks in posting stories?
say you time is limited but you want to reach out that pay out and so you do your ten topics all at the same time so you can post your stories. I know some people will say your normal readers will not read all your post. Some times that can be true some times it can be false. This what I do when I get done with all post I do share them on face book and twitter . Then when I am on my phone I go to the post I have done and send them through a text message to some friends who like reading my stories which all so bring more people to the site. Ok let say more traffic to the site to me it mean the same thing . There is a problem with doing ten topics each day if you are a slow writer I think my key strokes are like 10 words per minute it might be like 6 words per minute but I am not sure the difference of key stroke and words per minutes . So when I am doing my post if it going to be ten post a day it take all most all night then the next challenge answering comments of my post if have ten post I might have a lot of comment from each post which I hope I have why? That tell me I have people reading my post that why?
The more readers I have the better I get then some day if I can do short story books
I might have buyers for my short stories .
