Diarrhea is one disease that affact many in the sub sharah africa where hygien is not so much observed. This piece is a very good information but the real sufferes of this disease will not even look at it that way. In my country Ghana there is a saying that african germs are friendly hence many people do not care much about food hygiene. We eat cold foods are we are ok with that. Wish this education could get down to the ordinary person in my country.

This is caused as mentioned above due to change in weather, water, food or temperature. Children are more likely to have these health related issued. Adults too have it but the percentage who have this problem are more. Some of the problems are unhygienic food, stale food, eating food outside, eating certain foods which do not suit ones body constitution.
ORS or oral rehydration solution is a useful thing for those suffering from this and SSS sugar salt solution is also very useful as it is easy to prepare in ones own home and does not cost more. This is required as the body loses all its water content and lacks the water which is normally required for it to do its regular bodily functions. This problem comes especially when change of season takes place.
