Cumin for the weight loss and health improving.

Cumin name we usually hear in speeches about weight loss. Widely described effect is definitely not a myth! However, exotic cousin of caraway has more health beneficial properties: improves digestion, fights against skin diseases and strengthens the blood.

Cumin’s color is much brighter, orange-yellow. The spice taste is slightly bitter, it can replace the black pepper. Cumin practically is used for all Asian rice and vegetable dishes, sometimes it seasoned the sweetmeats.

Spice perfectly solves the problems associated with digestion. Component of cumin – aldehyde – activates salivary glands in the mouth, thereby facilitating the digestion of food in the primary stage. Meanwhile, thymol stimulates acids, bile and production of enzymes responsible for the digestion in the stomach and intestine. Cumin prevents accumulation of gases, improves digestion and controls the appetite, relieves stomach pain.

Cumin has a special feature at the same time stimulate and relax, so often invoked to aid in the treatment of insomnia. Research indicates that a sufficient amount of vitamins (especially B group) and smooth digestive system improves sleep quality. In addition, materials of the cumin help to cope with stress and anxiety – one of the main agents of insomnia.

The cumin spice is perfectly suited for the treatment of respiratory disorders such as asthma and bronchitis. Cumin facilitates an expectorant, as liquefies phlegm and mucus in the airways. Thus, it becomes easier to remove during coughing and sneezing.
