Creative Ways to “Promote”

Promoting is very important and it can be time consuming but it can also be fun. People want to see “creativity.” They want businesses and brands to display some fun stuff.. If customers and potential customers don’t see what catches their eye then they will find those brands and businesses that offer exactly what they want. Anyone who has a “brand” should make sure that they’re creating a brand that stands out. If a brand needs some tweaking then the brand owner should tweak the brand or have someone else do so.

How Often Should You Promote?

Promoting everyday should occur if one wants their brand to stay relevant but i they’re unable to do so then they should at least “promote” 3 times out of the week. Not every social network is right for ones brand. Some sites can hurt a brand because of the way that the site is set up. Whatever sites one chooses to use for their brand or business, they should make sure that they’re active on those sites, engaging with customers will help their brand “shine” and will create a connection with their customers and potential customers.

A great social networking site to use is Twitter. Twitter is set up for businesses and tweeting will help gain exposure that ones brand and business needs. Some may prefer sites like Instagram and Facebook. It doesn’t matter what sites a brand owner decides to use but they should engage with their customers. Engaging will help build a brand and it will also satisfy customers.

Some brand owners and business owners may not understand how important it is to stay current and to promote as much as they can. Just posting on sites isn’t enough. If customers have to feel as if they’re important and if not then a brand won’t flourish. Providing customers videos speaking about your brand is also helpful. Sharing the videos on as many social networks will increase traffic to your website and the more views, the more likely ones brand will receive higher sales, paying close attention to the brand is important, and providing detailed information about your brand will have customers wanting more.

Promoting midday or after 6 is the best times to promote because people are more in tuned at those times due to their work schedules. If you’re unable to promote regularly then allow one day out of the week to engage with customers. Remember the customers are top priority. That’s where your revenue comes from.

    • i usually promote my articles url through social medias and I must admit that they do help to bring in external traffic to my sites.

For example stumbleupon, google plus and Linkedin are 3 great sites that had helped me a lot.

Instead Facbook, Twitter and TSU were the worst sites that had never helped me but I still use them.

    • There are so many social medias that you can promote as what @peachpurple had mentioned. The 4 P's you had said are really an essential way in promoting something, either tangible or intangible things. However, the basic foundation to determine this is by conducting a feasibility study.
