There are so many cruciferous plants yet many do not know them and their beneficial contributions to the human body. One veggie so famous in the world is called broccoli. Broccoli is among the members of cruciferous vegetable family. It has many benefits. What attracts most to this veggie is its anti-cancer formula that derives from its own system, the whole systems or parts of this cruciferous veggie. There are many members of this kind and each has each own very important function to the human body. What attracts most to people about this is its anti-cancer activity for both male and female. The most deadly sickness that usually attacks to men and women are lung and colon cancer. Though these are among the many kinds of cancer, but these alone can tremble the world for until this time, only few knows how to control and cure this Big C. Only few kids like to eat broccoli, but the son of my friend age 5 months like to devour this veggie, half-cooked. His son is so healthy, never has been sick, skin glowing and eyes sparkling. It is not only broccoli her baby likes to eat so with cauliflower. He is a very amazing cute little kid. He is now 8 months old and learns to walk by himself, super amazing foods that let baby grow so healthy. Baby needs the right foods to let them go, grow, glow.

Broccoli maintains its reputation as one of the healthiest veggie in the world. It is expensive in the market, but we can plant this in our yard or in a very big pot. Those moms that find it difficult feeding their babies with broccoli, the best advice for them to follow is include or incorporate this veggie in your daily recipe so your little ones cannot sense the actual mixture of this veggie. Eating much veggie like Broccoli and other cruciferous plants can lower risk of cancer. What do you notice to yourself every time you eat broccoli? You feel healthy and in good mood, simply because this veggie contains lots of fiber that helps endorse your waste including those toxic wastes hard to remove and they may accumulate causing a colon cancer. Indigestion is one fact to acquire colon cancer. Broccoli also contains natural sulfur that turns veggies bitter bite, the so called cancer fighting power bite. We should not push bitter food displayed during meal for bitter foods are cancer fighters. Let us not forget the hospitalization fees this time above the neck that is why others just want to die for they cannot afford to pay the hospital bills. With just a little capital, your body will be assured of total protection against colon, lung and cervical cancers. There are still others and those may come in if it acts as complications. This sulfur present in broccoli can delay the growth of cancer those already had acquired this sickness. Asides from sulfur, broccoli also contains folate. This chemical element present in broccoli is also best protection for women to get rid of breast cancer. It is not only breast cancer broccoli prevents of, but also cervical cancer. It is a must to have a greater intake of foods that contain folate for it prevents the body to acquire cervical and breast cancer. In fact, there are studies abroad that told broccoli sprout extract could protect humans against head and neck cancer. This is my first time to hear neck cancer. Where on earth could we find people sick of this and share testimony how they cure their neck cancer. I am so sure those cured might have a very strong protection from the foods eaten every meal and such may have contain broccoli and other cruciferous family veggies.

Better bond at home and let family members assist you in the cooking, so they too will learn from you as mother and as a wife in the family. There is no other better person that leads the children the right way, except, mother. This way makes a family stronger for both of you are happy doing the better way and eating the right foods. Most boys like meaty foods from pork, chicken, beef, so the best advice to mom is always incorporate broccoli in your daily meal so the children will also grow healthy and cancer-free. There are best recipes to follow to have yummy and nutritious foods liked by all members in the family. Let us not be lazy this time in the kitchen for everyone at home relies on you.

    • Happy cooking and eating of broccoli, I eat broccoli raw , sometimes I boil it and just add sauce, fights very okay taste and contents.

    • broccoli may be a pricey vegetable but the health benefits it gives to us is more important. Sometimes I go to the supermarket just to buy some broccoli.

    • @SuperD, that is true expensive yet the benefits are so plentiful that protect lives against danger of bad sicknesses.I like to eat this with lots of tomatoes and cayenne and hot chili.
