I could never eat hot foods!! I couldn't even stand if I had to much pepper on my food! Now I eat jalapenos faithfully!! I have arthritis in my back and when I eat jalapenos or use cayenne pepper in my food, my back doesn't hurt as bad. I was amazed, but it really does work!! ;)
Thanks JoDee Stout I was not aware about the benefit on arthritis of pepper. I am glad you found it helpful for your back problem.
Quite informative!
Thanks shaloo walia I wanted to write a longer one but the facts would have to be borrowed and I did not want to take a risk, thanks again.
