All About Cherry – a wonderful fruit

Cherry is a fruit that is produced in places where the temperatures are low and snow falls, mountains are in view as Japan in our neighborhood country and some of our own places like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttrakhand to name a few. This fruit cherry is not only delicious but has so many values for the health purposes as well.

For Arthritis- Anthocyanins are versatile and plentiful falconoid pigments found in red purplish fruits like cherry, if you eat at least twenty cherries a day, that will be cherry good to fight the pain and inflammation. 20 a day will do.

Sleepless Nights- This wonder fruit cherry helps you fight from sleepless nights because this has lot of Melatonin that is a hormone secreted in brain and is instrumental in regulating and maintaining with the help of other hormones, our system that makes us sleep or keeps us awake and this is also instrumental in menstrual cycles of ladies but that is a another topic. Have some sleep eat some cherries every day. Twenty a day will do.

For heart patients-The researches have shown that consumption of cherry helps lower the cholesterol level up to eleven percent and helps reduce weight also up to some extent. This one is free-suny

    • I have just learned from you that cherries are good for arthritis. My sister has this disease. I thought this is acidic and bad for the health to those having arthritis. I will convince my sister to buy cherries, thanks Sunny.
