its our mothers recipe, she is the best in cooking and baking and molding too

Today kids were out all day, so I though to make them a nice gift or surprise and make for the whole family Cheesecake, I tried it once and they did not like it so I thought its long time. This time its going to be fluffy spongy and chocolate flavor

and it is as I want it

first what are the ingredients

3 cups flour

1/3 cup butter not any other fat

5 table spoon ground chocolate

1 1/3 cup of sugar

1 almarai cheese in cream like shape

5 normal size eggs

Now you need to heat your oven to 300 F.

Mix the cheese and the sugar until it become creamy, it takes about 5 ms. Add the butter and the eggs and mix for few minutes too until you feel its foam like now. Add the rest of the ingredient gradually, then spray oil in the container and put the mixture then spread evenly.

Bake 30 minutes. And then close the oven and keep the cake there for 15 minutes in the oven take from oven let it cool for 10 minutes. do not rush it and cut it or put the topping at it when its hot, you lose your hard work girls

Remove from the container after cool completely. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours put any topping you like over the cake such as lemon or cheese . and I had to enjoy before the family I have the right to.

Any way of my family loved it and enjoyed it, it was tasty and spongy, though I did the recipe before, yet this time I make it better not sure why or how, I guss that will not make it as tasty as this time when try it again in the future
