The Capricorns’ Health and Diets for Men and Women

When we analyze the structure of human body we come to know that 98 per cent body structure is made of calcium as bones, teeth, nail, skeleton and head but in all things the level of calcium is different high level of calcium is found is the bones, and low level is found in the teeth and nails. It is a fact that our body is standing on the bones and the joints of the bones. Increasing height means to enlarge the length of the bones and nothing else.

If anyone’s bones will be weak means the joints are weak will create problems while walking, sitting and standing 24 hours. We must keep in mind that Capricorn rules bones, joints, knees and teeth of men and women. All the Capricorns have man and women beautiful bone structure.

 

It is also a fact that Leo, Sagittarius and Capricorn enjoy long life and health wherever they are all over the world. Capricorns always have the problem of joints, knees and bones due to which they have to face rheumatism, arthritis, stiff joints and orthopedic problems.

While on the other hand, the ruler of Capricorn Saturn rules gallbladder, spleen, skin and teeth. I have seen that the Capricorns have dry sensitive skin. All the Capricorns are supposed to avoid alcohol throughout life to save their body structure. The Capricorns overwork and forget meals when they are hungry they overload the stomach that is the main cause of their diseases of all types. They avoid excess foods and meals.

Calcium Phosphate: The Salt of Capricorns

The main salt of Capricorns is Calcium Phosphate and it is famous in the market as Calc Phos. Calc Phos is the most important salt for bone formation of the whole body structure.

Capricorns’ Food Sources

Those how eat lack of calcium phosphate food will fall prey to rickets, misshaped bones, spinal curvature, pain in the joints and teeth disorder in early age if they do not care for their body salt. The foods that are full of Calcium Phosphate are oranges, figs, lemons, celery, cabbage, spinach, peas, potatoes, walnuts, almonds, oars and brown rice.

The Capricorns must eat high proteins and calcium diet to maintain bones, skin, and teeth. Besides, they must use fresh raw salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, eggs and whole grains in routine life. They also must use cheese, buttermilk and yogurt daily once in a day.

The Capricorns must not eat

The Capricorns are supposed to vary their diets daily vegetables, fruits, meat and fish must be used changing then turn by turn because they have strong likes and dislike about diets and foods and they often the same food daily is not good for their health. Chocolates and refine sugar both are bad their skin. I have observed that the Capricorns are fond of spicy food but it creates intestinal trouble for them they must avoid such foods.

Capricorn is an Earth Sign

It a fact that Earth rules skeleton system of the body and eliminatory system of the whole body. The main function of earth in the body is to repair tissues, growth and to make healthy reproduction system. There are some prominent issues of earthly signs as tumor, weight problem and glandular disorder. I advise the Capricorns to avoid heavy diets and foods because it causes make weight problems. The Capricorns must have connection with earth because it increases endurance and consistency.

If Excess Earth in the Capricorns

If the earth element will increase in the body of Capricorns there will be heaviness and sluggishness in the body that will cause problem for health and life organs fell trouble while working due to which metabolism becomes low and digestive system will be low. The tissues of the whole body will increase density slowly and slowly and its result will appear in tumor in any part of the body and hair will grow on the body anywhere.

The Capricorns must eat

In such condition the Capricorns must eat fresh salads, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, juice, soups and teas to make the whole body system better.

The Capricorns must not eat

The Capricorns are supposed to avoid heavier diets and foods in daily life.

If Low Earth in the Capricorns

Those who are Capricorns and they knowingly ignore their health and do not eat what they need in 24 hours. The main need of Capricorns is sleep and rest at least in a day two hours. The second main element of Capricorns is to sleep on earth so that they could have contact with the earth.

The Capricorns must eat

If the earth element is low in the body of Capricorns they must anon eat tomatoes, unrefined grains, root crops and airy products, cheese, butter, sugar and oil. All these things makes earth element high and health will be ok very soon.

The Capricorns must not eat

They must not eat licorice, Ginseng, astragals and ahashwaganda. These things are not good for Capricorns if the earth element is low in the body. They must avoid them.
