Can England Cricket Team avoid their Tag of Chokers

England is one of the greatest team of the cricket in world. They play very good cricket. Actually, they all the founders of the cricket game. But sadly they have never won a One Day International World Cup. They came close to win a world cup many a times but never won it. They have just managed to win a International cricket council, T 20 world cup, 2010 which was played in the West Indies and Caribbean, in which they beat the Aussies to win their first and Only International Cricket council sponsored event in the finals. England though have produced many greats of the game and legends but still it does not able to perform better or best in I C C events, In the 2015 World cup of One Day International Matches, they were beaten by Bangladesh and that resulted in their exit from the World cup. Which was won by Australia by beating New Zealand in the finals. And even in the 2016 , I C C T 20 world cup, England made it to the Finals of the World cup by playing a great cricket and they played like champions but sadly they were beaten by West Indies in the Final over of the World cup, which was bowled by B Stokes, who was hit by 4 Back to back sixes by Carlos B, to bring victory for the West Indies, the 2nd Title of T 20 World cup for them.  If England could have managed to ball that last over properly they would have won their second title of I C C T 20 World cup.
We can think and expect to see some vert good cricket from India, as now a days they are playing very good and competitive cricket and with the 2017 Champions trophy and even the 2019 World cup scheduled to be played in England, they are the favorites to win this time and now they have good mix of bowling and batting, all rounder’s, death bowlers and even good spinners as well.
