busy with food cart to day for health inspection and more

hope the rain stop soon I have work to do and need to do it fast . Why do I need to do it fast ? I am having my food cart get inspected today and I want every thing to be good for the inspector when he see it
I need to put my cooler in my pick up truck and take out my pans that been in storage in the cooler. I need to have all the right equipment ready . Why do I need to do all this ? this why I need to do all this is I need the health permit to open my food cart up and get other permits plus I want to start to make money good money so I can start to sell hot dogs and more . This why I need the rain to start .Today I am off my part time job that does pay the bills but does not get me any thing left over for fun things to do so I am trying to make my self a better income by doing this. So I hoping that the rain stop very soon so I can load my truck and put the hitch part on so I can get my food cart to better part of the yard where it being store plus the tarp is most likely wet with water. This other reason I need the rain to stop , Yes I know we need rain this when I like to see the rain at 11 pm at night , Why at this time most out side activity are not going on . This way at day time I can sell my hot dogs and more with no problem
and I hopeing to make enough money to buy other cart and so I can have to making money then at time I have to hire one and I will be able to afford the worker comp insurance and then I know I being doing good OK that it for now
