Bring attention to your breathing.

Breathing is life. A person can survive for days without food or water, but without breathing life disappears in seconds. If to think, life is a period between one breath and the next, and those who breathe properly, will regain self-control. Nevertheless, most people very little attention pay to their breathing, which is the gateway to remember who we are, revitalizing the special relationship with the source of infinity, which always is and always will be.

Simple concentration of full attention to the breathing with closed eyes and monitoring your own way of breathing can help you achieve absolute peace and joy states. Focus on your breath and watch it at least for a few moments each day and gradually it will fill you with endless pleasures of life. Slow down and deepen your breath that would calm down your thoughts and mind. It provides easy massage to your organs thanks to the movement of diaphragm that accompanies each breath. Deep breathing helps you to create easy and sufficient oxygen and carbon dioxide exchange. It calms your nervous system, increasing your ability to cope with moment’s excitement, anxiety and everyday worries.

With each exhale run the stress and mental and energy blocks that stop you from living from the heart. Observe how you actually breathe, whether you are in a relaxed state and allow your breathing naturally descend deeper into the lower abdominal or your breathing is superficial and in particular – in the upper chest. The diaphragm, located close to the solar plexus, is vital important gateway for breathing. In order to breathe easy, your emotional state should be relaxed and you have to feel safe. If you have lots of stress or you are very anxious, experiencing emotional stress, your diaphragm will be tense, as if locked in place.

The lungs are the main organ of removal, therefore, the most obvious way in which we alkaline our bodies is through breathing.
