BOOST YOUR INNER AND OUTER ENERGY

Sometimes we feel lethargic, always needing naps to energize, don’t know what to do, what to eat or what to to wear! Feel like something sucks our energy. We go to store and see a multitude of vitamins, herbs and other supplements touted as energy boosters. Some are even added to soft drinks and other foods. But there is no scientific proofs that those energy boosters actually work. So we will try something that really works to increase our energy levels:

  • At first, if you feel tired all the time, you must take some tests like bpthyroid test; as you may have a thyroid problem, the cause of your tiredness, lethargic. hair loss, hoarse voice etc.
  • Try to lighten your work-load. Try to streamline your “must do” activities. Set your priorities in term of the most important tasks.
  • Control your stress because stress consume a large amount of our energy. Do meditation, relax.
  • Try to do exercise in daily basis.  Exercise controls your blood circulation, gives energy,and results sound sleep.
  • Try to avoid taking alcohol too much. Alcohol prevents your body from entering REM sleep. So, even if you are getting plenty of sleep at night, you may not feel filly rested.
  • Avoid smoking that threatens you health. The nicotine in tobacco is a stimulant, so it speeds the heart rate, raises blood pressure, and stimulates brain-wave activity associated with wakefulness, making it harder to fall asleep.
  • Sometimes.our bodies feel fatigue because of short of fluids. Let your body well-hydrate.
  • According to a study, near about 70% people feel fresh and energetic after having hot bath.
  • Eat small meals and snacks every few hours than three large meals a day. This approach can reduce your perception of fatigue because your brain needs a steady supply of nutrients. take healthy, antioxidant foods. Go for berries, nuts, high fiber diets, amino acid, vitamin-B. Say yes to yogurt, avoid trans fat. Never skip breakfast. Eat more fish. take calcium-rich food.
  • Take some caffeine to energize your brain and body as usual. In small doses, caffeine is a great energy booster.
  • Avoid napping during the day.
  • Clear your sinuses because it is a great cause of fatigue.
  • Meet your friends.

Now it’s turn to boost our soul…

  • The world is a noisy place. Distractions and disruptions can chip away at your core, leaving you frazzled and beat up. Take time to rejuvenate. Spend time in silence at-least one day in a month means no meeting, no gathering, no loud sound, connect with nature and just sit with your thoughts. The only way to calm your inner chaos is with 100% focus.
  • Create the right circle and say no to wrong people.
  • Pray… connect with the super natural power…. have faith.
