Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s so very vital for us. We should always try to have breakfast on daily basis because if we didn’t take or have breakfast on daily basis then we may feel sick or tired throughout the day. The reason is if we didn’t have the required amount of energy then we cannot CONTROL our emotions and it also affects our work. If we didn’t have the required energy then it’s more than difficult to adapt to different challenges the day puts before us.
So breakfast is of vital important to us. Breakfast is utmost important and it should have the food which is full of proteins and energy to keep us going for the whole day. We should try to include Fruit Juices in our breakfast so that we can have the required proteins and Vitamins early in the day to work well and effectively. We should have eggs in breakfast as they are full of proteins as well and the most important thing is they are easily available and easy to make as well and very tasty and delicious as well, And we all like Eggs so very much. Even kids like to have eggs in any form they are healthy but if we can have them in boiled shape and in breakfast then that’s’ the best as Boiled eggs are very much useful for us and they are not very expensive and most affordable as well. But my favorite is Egg Omelets, I love them so much.
If we skip breakfast then this is highly possible that we will feel the hunger for the whole day and we cannot even concentrate on our work which will disrupt our Work life and creates a bad image of us in office. But we should never take a very Heavy meal cause it will cause in stomach troubles and then also we cannot concentrate on work.
So Breakfast is very essential for us and it should include protein and fruit juices

I'm not really a breakfast person but I'd give this healthy and protein rich diet. The photo really caught my attention and it made me want to have breakfast now and it is already dinner time in my country. Haha! :)
LOL, no issues, but you can start from next day to have healthy and protein rich breakfast so that you can concentrate on your work properly and also enjoy your time here on Literacy base.
