I agree with what you have shared. Depression causes health issues , both psychologically and physically. If we don't learn to give just enough time to think things through and indulge on the thought of too much stress caused by family issues, work issues and personal relationships, we might all end up getting into an asylum.
We need to give ourselves time to cope up with difficulties in life and be strengthened with the love of our family and friends.
Not everything is bad in our life. It is an art of pick wheat from chaff as they say.
Being lonely is just a state of mind. One should learn to be happy in one's own company too. My spiritual master says that if you cannot enjoy your own company then imagine how boring you would be for others.
One should be friendly but in case you don't have many friends then we have technology to keep us company. I consider books as my best friend which are always by my side. And above all, God is our best friend. With God by our side, we don't need anybody else.
In today's world there is no reason absolutely to feel lonely.
