Ice cream is avoided by some health conscious individuals, which you don’t have to. Ice cream can be healthy if you add some natural fruit flavors. An example of a healthy ice cream is the “Avocado Ice cream.” The recipe is quick and easy to follow.
Avocado is an edible fruit which is known to be high in fat content but it is healthy to include in our diet because around 70% of that fat content is made up of monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats help to prevent the breakdown of muscles. A study showed that people with higher amounts of unsaturated fat in their diet displayed lower fat levels than those who ate primarily (animal-based) saturated fats.
To keep cost down, make sure that avocado is in the season. Or, you can buy directly from a nearby farm for a lower cost. See to it that the fruit ripens naturally and to the right degree.

Try to experiment with the right combination of ingredients. You may also try to make creamy avocado ice pops from the same basic formula. You may add ground nuts to vary food texture.
