Australia Beat England in 7th ODI of series, 2011

England was scheduled to play a 7 Match ONE DAY International Series in Australia in 2011. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series. The 7th ONE DAY international match was to be played on W A C A Ground, Perth, Australia on 6th Feb 2016. Australia already leads the series 5-1.

Australia batted very well and was able to post total of 279 runs in 50 over’s at the loss of 7 wickets and with top scores of A Voges who made 82 runs in 72 balls with 4 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 111 runs in 100 balls and David H who made 60 runs in 60 balls with 5 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 100 runs in 100 balls.

England batted poorly and was unable to chase the score of 280 runs and was only able to make 222 runs in 44 over’s at the loss of 10 wickets and lost the game by 57 runs and top scores by M Prior who made 39 runs in 51 balls with 3 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 76 runs in 100 balls.

Australia won the match by 57 runs and won the series at 6-1.
