Arians’ Health and Diet for Men and Women

Astrology, health and diet all these three elements are part and parcels on earth but a very few people know this secret because most of the people do not believe in astrology because illiterate people have scandalized it due to lack of knowledge. I tell you one more important thing that astrology doest predict anything but it reveals increasing trends of the person.

I this article I will discuss the diet and health of the persons whose astrological sign is Aries. What should eat such persons to maintain their health? It is most important to know about diet and health si that we could enjoy good health free of all types of disease.

Aries

Aries astrologically rules human head, face and the sub renal glands. These three organs are ruled by Aries according to law of nature. Human head is most important part of human body because the nervous system is saved in the head and controls all activities of man and woman in 24 hours.

Arian Diseases

We must know that Aries rules human thinking and perception that is why Arians are sharp in thinking and full of common sense. Owing to too much thinking habit they have to face the problem of headache, migraines, and head congestion sinus condition. I have seen all the Arians become energetic, powerful muscles and sexually very strong. One more important habit of Arians is that they remain always bust working that is why all the Arian need a balanced diet to maintain his head heath.

Kali Phos the Arians’ Salt

The famous name of Potassium Phosphate is Kali Phos and it is the most important salt for the Arians because if there is lack of this salt, it can cause depression. All the Arians must eat such food that are full of this salt is most important for mental health as tomatoes, beans, brown rice, olives, walnuts, lentils, lettuces, onions, cauliflowers, cucumbers, spinach, broccoli, bananas, dried apricots and pumpkins daily to main their mental health.

The Arians must eat these Things

I have observed in my practical field that there are two things are most dangerous for the Arians: salt and liquor. They should avoid these two things the whole life so that they maintain their thinking power and perception. The Arians must keep in mind that too much salt the Arians’ bones and arteries and damages it badly while liquor affects the kidneys of the Arians badly. They must drink more water and take rest properly.

Aries: A Fiery Sign

The Arians’ Fire rules combustion and digestion in the stomach and it is fire that absorbs food in human body is secret for the readers. Besides it is fire that burns the toxic waste, virus, bacteria, and fungus in the body and purifies human body from all wastes of the stomach. It is fire that fight diseases in human body lack of fire body will be full of diseases.

If the Arians have Excess Fire in Body

If in the body of Arians fire increases there will be burning in the whole body and the Arians will be impatient and angry. Hypertension will control his head and as a result ulcer and inflammation will be in the stomach.

How to Balance the Excess Fire

Most of the Arians do not know how to balance excessive fire in the body. Excessive fire may be controlled by the food that moist, cold, heavy and slow burning in the stomach. They must use grains and root vegetables daily to maintain excessive fire. They must not use spicy food and red meat. They must use herbs to quench excessive fire of the body as chamomile, valerians and lemon balm.

If the Arians have Low Fire in Body

While on the contrary if the Arians feel low fire in their bodies so its symptoms will be indigestion, body full of diseases because low fire body cannot fight diseases as bacteria, virus and toxins. In such condition they must eat such foods that are hot, dry and aromatic. The Arians must avoid cold food is poison for their bodies.

They must use lemon, yogurt, kale and mustard but they must not use all dairy products and meat. They must use these herbs to balance fire in the body as cayenne, mustard, cloves cinnamon, garlic and ginger.
