Are You An Exercise Non- Responder?

Do you exercise? What is your exercise program routine, daily or monthly. I f you are overweight your doctor will surely tell you that you must reduce your weight. And if you are given a task to do a weekly routine after your heart are measured, you have to do doctor’s prescription. At first, there are patients that follow the procedures because they want to reduce weight and in such a way they can have their shape back, unless the persons are obese. Although there are obese that try their very best to reduce weight, but their program exercise may not be constant. That kind of response or action is called non-responder persons to the call of the doctor’s prescription to reduce weight so they will escape from risk of heart attack.

It is explained by some health experts that those overweight persons are too lazy to strive to reduce. It seems they are waiting for some miracles to happen to their weight. That is the observation too in the place where I work, I notice my co-teachers, two of them overweight, and they never try to reduce their weigh. They are told by their doctor to avoid too much carbohydrates intake, but the more they like to violate the doctor’s order because they are tempted to eat with those foods they usually eat that expand their body weight. Their medic may thought about some problems why the patients shift this kind of activity and the kind of shifting is wrong and blame-shifting is wrong in a minute. The doctors also explain about this blame-shifting which is wrong. More about why this kind of blame-shifting is wrong in a minute.

It has been found out by doctors abroad that once the patients stop their exercise program. They tend to refuse to do that program again. They believe that there is no cure or remedy at all of being obese which is wrong. The overweight patients should not slow down their activity to reduce weight in a gym so they can stretch well unlike if done at home where space is sometimes at a scarce.

For one thing, doctors said that long, drawn-out cardio endurance sessions don’t build lung power. They shrink your lungs and weaken your heart. And they mimic the effects of stress, poor diet and aging.

There are so many researchers abroad that conducted a study about this exercise program for overweight patents only to find out that the key to exercise is not length or endurance. It is intensity. The more energy a person exerted during exercise, the lower their risk of heart disease. It also turned out that intensity is the key to longevity and reduced risk of death. There are so many Americans according to research study that cannot run in an eight 100 yards winds. It seems they are not typically ready to do extreme works.

The key to building strength and stamina is to keep increasing the challenge. It works well no matter what your current fitness level is. You can start out slowly and gradually increase the intensity. To be a responder of an exercise activity may lead the adults to even bet the younger one .An oldest patient can truly bet the younger patients that may soon develop the lung power of much younger people or patients.

What the overweight patients need is space so they can do the activity to reduce weight the soonest the better. There is no one who can help you reduce your weight, except yourself. You need a firm decision to abide the doctor’s advice to you should you aspire to live too long. Many support the contention that life is too short  and it will be that way without your own support to your own self.

    • In orderto have a continuos exercise , one has to have a sheer determination to do it religiously.
A shedule of exercise that is only once a week, is for me so lacking. The doctor said you can do it at least 30minutes a day.
The quality of exercise is what really helps one to lose weight, rather than the quantity.
