People today enjoy eating out for various reasons. It can be hard to choose the right restaurant to eat at these days.
My husband and I went to an Applebee’s restaurant to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The service was excellent!.
The first thing we both noticed was there was immediate service for us as soon as we walked into the place. All of the employees were very helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it.
As far as I could see all the tables had a device on them that could directly help customers place an order on it instead of waiting for their server to come. Many people today would like this option due to having busy schedules I would assume. You can play games on it as well. If customers need anything there is a call for service button to click on. A server will come promptly and always with a smile.
The cooks play a part in the satisfaction of the customers that come into the restaurant. We left feeling relaxed, and left with a smile filled with satisfaction on our faces.
The food was great; however this review is especially all about the service. I was so pleased that I wanted to write a review on the great service we had while eating at an Applebee’s restaurant of our choice.
Servers that are not even assigned to your table offer their services if they think help is needed. They never seemed too busy to help other customers. It was hard for me to decide on a tip amount due to the fact several other servers offered help to ensure we were both satisfied before we left the restaurant.
I would give the workers and the business itself an A for trying their best to ensure that the time my husband and I had together there was a pleasant one. My husband and I will be going back soon for more great service and also for the great food. I will tell everyone that the food choices that are available do make it hard to choose from. Whatever food choices people make I feel assured they will be satisfied.

We don't have an Applebees here, but I'd definitely want to eat there if we did. I've heard a lot of great things about the food, but this kind of excellent service is so rare today. It's all the more reason to give the restaurant a try!
Good service is hard to find so it's nice when you find a place that has it. That's cool that you can order from the device.
i like Applebees! Fun and resonable priced restaurant. I like their 2 for $20 options.
Applebee's! I am so hungry now! I want to go there but I have to be carefull on what to choose because I am Diabetic and I have to watch that. But I bet they have food for people who are Diabetic such as myself. It sounds like a really classy place to be at from what I just read! Customer service is outstanding from what I just read. Though I never have been there and hope to be there in the near future I would recommend everyone to try Applebee's I know I want to go there and give it a try. From what I just read about the food---Yummy yum, yum!
