Amazon – shopping site – a review

 Online Shopping Site – Amazon.com

Shopping online is a great blessing for me as I prefer to get my things sitting in my home  just by using my mouse to search for what I want. I get a wide variety to choose from unlike what is available for off line shoppers. There are countless sites that offer different categories of items. All what I need to do is to search and compare rates and their reputation on the Net. Experience they say is the best teacher and I can say I now have that experience, shopping line.

I have been shopping online since 2013 having gone through several sites.  Some sites do not have efficient couriers leading to unnecessary back and forth interaction.

Of the sites,  I have found total satisfaction shopping through Amazon  where I have found total satisfaction.  I shop both through Amazon.in and Amamzon.com. While Amazon.in has a huge collecton of Indian items including a few that are of foreign origin, Amazon.com mostly has items that are of foreign origin. 

Advantages of using Amazon.com

1. They have great choices that include both foreign and local items. 

2. They are prompt in delivery having a list of reliable courier services. 

3. Their communication system  is quick and efficient.

4. They respond to any queries raised within hours. 

5. If I am not satisfied with whatever I have bought, they readily replace it or arrange for refund many a time without asking for the return of the item. 

6. The customer care staff is polite and very supportive whenever I talk to them over the phone.

7. Most of the items that are valued over Rs. 500 are eligible for free delivery

9. They regularly announce discounts and gift vouchers. 

10. I am their affiliate and have them on one of my personal blogs. Anyone who visits my blog,  clicks on their banner  and purchases any of the items on their list   I am eligible for commission. 

With these plus points I have no reason to look for any other sites.
