I have been searching for something to eat as soon as I had my bath as usual. The fridge is empty and there is some vegetable to be found in the baskets which I can not have for my breakfast. What to do ? is the main question as I had to take my tablet. It is a must. Without empty, stomach, I should not.
A flash of an idea stuck in my brain. I recollected the dish which I had very recently in Danapur express. He was serving it by a nice name ALL VEGETABLE MIX UPMA.

The most hated dish item for me is Upma. I can not have it as it will have nothing except SOME RAVA, SALT, AND SEASONING. Of course, it will attack my hunger. But, this is not an Upma ordinarily made at home. This is ALL VEGETABLE MIX UPMA rich in all vegetable implying all nutritious values.

I decided to prepare it.
NEEDED INGREDIENTS
A GLASS OF Upma Rava/ Bansi Rava
Two Glasses of water
Salt to taste
Vegetables Needed:
Cabbage 20 grams
Beet 20 grams
Potatoe 1
Beans 30 grams
Carrot 2 numbers (medium size)
Seasoning
Curry leaves 6
Green chilies 2
Chana dal 5 mg
Mustard seeds ½ spoon
Red chilies 2
Oil 4 spoons
HOW TO PREPARE?
Cut all Vegetables into small nice pieces after washing them under tap water. First take a deep fry pan and add oil. Heat the oil. When it is hot add all the season material under sim flame.
Add the Onion pieces and Green chilies and fry them lightly for 20 seconds.
Pour two glasses of water and boil it under medium flame When the water is boiling add all the Vegetable pieces into the pan. Keep the lid and allow for 2 minutes.
Remove the lid. Add some salt to the water. After 5 seconds add 1 glass of Bansi Rava (also known by the name Upma Rava). Just stir it and keep the lid. Allow it for just 2 whistles. That’s all.

Your Dish item is ready for serving to at least 4 people.
(Remove the lid only after 10 minutes to get a rich taste)

This is superb. I cannot expect you to have this kind of recipe good for the body. At least it is very much told here about what to get out from these many mixtures of the food that are all best for human body. We have to help those who do not have the knowledge about foods and vegetables that are best for the body proven and tested by scientists and expert nutritionists so all people in the plane will not be sick of deadly diseases. Our body needs anti-oxidants and more.
