Alisha’s Seemacircle

Alisha Frederickson had citizenship of Canada and Sweden but she born
in Hungary for Chinese mother and Swedish father. From the childhood,
she is living in distinct l atmosphere. At the age of 6 itself, she
learned  to create ear ornaments, with specific intelligence she is
creating good designs of ornaments. She is selling the ornaments to
her adjacent people, when she entered into teenage  she started online
sales in the name of “Brite Jewelry” while doing this she participated
her favorite ‘Rhythmic Gymnastics” in national level sports in Canada.
While she is the  student was elected as the candidate for ‘Antarctic
Expedition’ with experts and scientists. Having the aim to learn more
about the world, she joined “Mahindra United World College”(UWC) in
Pune, Maharastra of India. This college is offering two years diploma
course for international students, there she learned new things from
other students. She learned  several  new things by traveling in
India.

While as the student in “UWC) she worked in “AKSHARA” a Pune based
voluntary organization, this organization helping the girls in their
education and also providing training for  self-employment courses for
women there Alisha has provided training in making to ear ornaments to
girls. Several girls are known about this and Alisha and joined in
making these ornaments, at that time a student named “Seema Shidage”
she is also the room-mate of Alisha, Seema is showing skill in making
ear ornaments. Seema makes ear-rings this is the beginning of ” seema
circle” by Alisha in the year of 2014. Here they are providing
training in making ornaments and also marketing those ornaments.
Initially, Alisha and her co-students of (UWC) are helped in
establishing this ‘seema circle’. Presently 50 girls and women are
from 11 villages in this group of seema circle. Alisha while
continuing her higher studies and co-operating the development of this
 seema circle.  Alisha got the several young achievers award from the
world. Now also  people are concentrating  about the employment of
boys but not girls employment opportunities.

Those who completed course in making ornaments in seema circle, the
(UWC) is diploma certificates and also providing employment for
successful candidates. skill students are entering into teaching
profession in seema circle. The profits earning by this seema circle
are providing scholarships for higher studies, those who are not
willing to go higher studies the seema circle is helping them some
money according to their personal needs. At present seema circle is at
Pune (UWC) and Munshi valley in Pune district.
