Alcool Treats – Vodka Gummies Recipe (Easy as Pie)

We all love going to a party and have new drinks and cocktails to try out. There was a time people would make shot out of Jello. These Jello Shots were quite popular for a while but it was always quite hard to get out of the cup. Besides that it was a long process to make. It is basically making jello but with alcool. The problem here is it is something you can’t plan to make last minute. You need to plan ahead of time due to the fact that the jello has to set in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight. It is a bit of work to do.

So i found something new and better – Jello Gummies – they are so easy to make and are ready in 10 min. They set quite quickly in a freezer. This is a very nice last minute alcool treat you can take to a party. It is the perfect thing to bring and everyone will love it. You can make various flavours and put them in all kinds of molds, they are easy to remove.

Ingriedients:

1/3 cup of water

1 pack of jello (85 grams)

15 grams of unflavoured gelatin

1/4-1/3 of a cup of vodka or other alcool you prefer.

 

Before you start make sure the vodka is quite fresh by sticking it in the frezzer for a while. Just to freeze it up.

Now in a sauce pan put the water, jello and gelatin and wait 1 min until set. Then put it on medium heat and wait until the mixture is fully dissolved. Remove the jello from the heat and pour into a diferent container (choose one you can use to pour later) and stir until it is a little cooler or warm, then you add the vodka (or other alcool) and stir it well. Pour the jello into your moldes and put in the freezer for 10-20 minutes. They should be solid quickly. Then remove them from the molds and put in a closed container. Keep in fridge to stay fresh until needed.

See? Easy as pie. They taste great and you can try all kind of flavours.

Tip: White vodka is preffered because it has no taste and won’t interfere with the jello’s taste.
