Afghanistan was needed to score 227 runs in 50 over’s to win this match and to take lead and won this series of 5 One Day international Matches 3-1.

Afghanistan batted very very poorly and was unable to chase the total of 227 runs and was bowled out for only 161 runs in 45 over’s and top scored by M Shahzad who made 45 runs in 72 balls with 5 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 62 runs in 100 balls.

Zimbabwe won the match by 65 runs and series now stands tied at 2-2 with still 1 more games to play in this series.
