Many people suffer from acne which is definitely one of the worst things to ever happen to a person in any age and mind you acne is not a problem that happens only on face but on your back, chest, breast and even stomach. It sure is one annoying and at the same time disgusting problem that no one wants to be seen with. Let me accept I have experienced acne in my teens but fortunately I did not peel them off like many others do and have permanent mark on their face.

Eating the wrong especially fast food is another reason for breakout of acne on your face. I have heard people with acne marks on their face saying that they tried everything that could remove acne from their face, but they could not get rid of them. I think peeling or even touching the acne worsen them.
There are number of home remedies besides eating right kind of diet and keeping a right life style. As I have heard that orange peel mixed with lime juice is one good way of keeping acne under control since citric fruits help exfoliate your skin and lighten it. Lemon also helps disinfectant to reduce the appearance of scars and prevents pimples. It reduces oil in glands which cause acne and pimples.
Likewise I have read that the application of apple cider vinegar on pimples and acne gives a good result depending on skin types as not all remedies work alike on all kind of skins. But apple cider vinegar is certainly worth giving a try. Apple cider vinegar contains Alpha-Hydroxyl-Acid Chemical name AHA, which aids in faster cell turnover (exfoliation) of the skin. It is suggested to wash your face with water fresh often to get rid of oils and dust particles from your skin.
I have noticed that people that used or tried applying the vinegar on their face regularly for couple of weeks have been successful in getting rid of acne and pimple marks. I suggest you use it for one week first every night before going to bed. At first wash your face with water and then apply it with an applicator lightly on your entire face and other affected areas.
You will immediately see the difference within a week as your skin will glow and look better with reduced pimples or their marks. However there are certain side effects or allergic reaction of everything so in case you find anything unwanted on your face it would be better to stop and consult a dermatologist.

Whatever I have written is in fact a trial and error method as there is no sure shot way of getting rid of acne and pimples in any therapy. Or you can say it’s just a personal matter as what works on your skin type. Your lifestyle, eating habits and environment have a definite relation on how you face this scary problem.
