A important quality every good leader should have

Without a good leader, a war cannot be won. Without a good leader a country cannot be governed successfully, without a good leader a company cannot be run profitably. Having a good leader at helm means half battle is won. What is the important quality that makes a leader a good leader. Over the years people have associated good leadership with qualities like strong, bold, brilliant strategist, cool, decision maker. But one forgets that at the end of the day these qualities may give you the thrust to the finish line, but not cross it. If one needs to cross the finish the line, one should have the quality of delegating the responsibility among the team rather than taking it all by themselves. US companies breaks its works into many parts and delegates it to different teams in different parts of countries. And after getting all the work assimilated, they produce into a product that is sold in a unimaginable price.
