A good start for the week and it just Monday

Today is Monday I have to get finger printed to get my towns vendor permits so I can open my food cart. So since I pay for the service on line I went to turn on my lap top and get my printer ready so I can have the paper work to show the finger print office that every thing is paid for before I even get started on line my printer is all ready printing the paper work I need for today . I guess I forgot that I all ready program my lap top to do that the minute I get the printer hook up. So far me by having the lap top remember what I need it save me time and I did not have to go to my email and search for the email again so I have the paper work to show that I all ready paid for this service. number two I was not planing on post a article at this time but since this just happen I say why not now for the start of the week Like I said this is Monday I this is a good start so far now if that thing call the sun would come out and give us some spring weather this would be very good, I do have some more items to print then I be on my way out of the house so I can get things done today. Other thing that was good I was I seen the owner of the property I am going to put my food cart on I got him to sign the permission slip for the town that say he giving me permission to sell on his property
I soon be set up hopefully less in a week.
now I know I have a kilebsa that I be selling and a all beef hot dogs with the natural casing by the way both products are all beef. I might just stay away from pork items but not sure because If I do events I might need to do a pork product to get in to events .my friends think I should not do a BBQ meat ball sub sand which but my main reason this will get me in the door of the events most event all ready have the hot vendors so I need a way to get in so I can sell my hot dogs this why I was thinking of this OK that it for now
