Some Promoters are Probably Pulling Their Hair

There are some positions which are very stressful and some which are stressed made. Should promoting or offering services be stressful? Not at all. There should be no stress generated with promotions. There may be some stress for promoters who are on a deadline. “Any person who offers services shouldn’t experience stress and if they’re promoting for the right people then there would be little to no stress at all.” Paid promoters shouldn’t be harassed in any manner, however if they’re not providing the services in which they’re hired for then there should be some complaining, no promoter who offers free services should be harassed.

Some have complained about not receiving what’s “needed” from promoters and there are some who are on contracts. If they’re contracted then the services should be provided. Although complaints can occur there shouldn’t be any abuse towards the promoters and individuals offering services. Some are so ungrateful and will give individuals a difficult time even when they’ve put in the time and effort. If promoters are finding that they’re not receiving the respect deserved then the services should cease.

No person should tolerate dealing with problematic individuals. Any person who decides to offer free services must understand that there will be a lot of people who are in tuned with “free.” Free can cause a lot of people to behave insanely. Some may think the persons are on a contract well at least that’s how some may behave. Free services means under no obligation. No person should continue offering the services if they’re being bullied to do so or harassed.

There are some who may try to intimidate the very ones assisting in someway. Some have left their business due to all of the pressure. If there’s extreme pressure when conducting “business” then there needs to be some solutions provided which help lower the pressure. No person has to accept being abused by any group of people. Some may not choose to stay in their position because of the disruptive individuals who are only seeking to have it their way.

Promoters deserve to be respected and individuals who offer free business services who are conducted business ethically shouldn’t be tormented in anyway. There has to be some order and perhaps not providing the services will allow individuals to see what they’ve taken advantage of. There are a lot of people in need but some become like pests. Free doesn’t mean to lose control. To try and take advantage of persons. Some don’t understand that persons aren’t being compensated when they’re “offering free services.”
