Daily NBA fixtures and results of last night

Daily NBA fixtures and results.

Earlier this night 3 NBA play off matches were played. Game 3 of all those matches. Chicago Bulls played Boston Celtics at home, Oklahoma City played against Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz welcomed Los Angeles Clippers at home.

The victors of these matches has been already known. Chicago Bulls failed to increase their lead from 2 to 3-0, but instead, Boston Celtics yesterday just made one reality check to the Bulls, and in the last night match they justified the embarrassment from their previous 2 matches (when they lost to Bulls twice at home) and showed why they are more competent as a team that was placed at the top of the table in the Eastern Conference. Now I am sure Celtics will make a turnover and win probably 2:4 and qualify for the 1/4 finals of NBA playoffs.

On the other side, the most interesting match that kicked-off at 3:30 AM, (Oklahoma City Thunders vs Houston Rockets) finished with a result of 115:113 in advantage for the home team. The Thunders barely won this match, it was very hard as they were already under pressure since they lost 2 games away, and the Rockets were leading 2:0 already. This win doesn’t mean anything, as it shows that Houston’s caliber of players is way more experienced and skilled than the Thunders since they managed to score over 100 points against the Thunders, and OKH’s team is more dependent on their soon likely to be MVP – Russel Westbrook. But in this game, exceptionally good was Rocket’s key man James Harden that scored over 40 points and carried his team. At the end he missed a 3 pointer for victory, which means nothing since there are still more games left to be played, and I think Thunders had the luck to win this game.

And the third game between Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Clippers finished with a victory for the away team. The Clippers successfully followed their routine as in their regular season and managed to place Utah in an uncomfortable situation, as they have 1 more game at home, and the next 2 games are played at Clippers’s stadium.

Tonight before midnight, at 21:00 and 23:30 we have 2 games kick off, between Milwaukee Bucks – Toronto Raptors and Atalanta Hawks and Washington Wizards. It is going to be interesting, as Milwaukee Bucks despite their regular season performance, they managed to win 1 game at home, leading 2:1 in total result, they are definitely a tricky team. If they win tonight again, it really gonna give the Raptors a run for their life as they would be down 3:1.

My prediction is that the next 8 teams that will enter the 1/4 finals are going to be: Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, Washington Wizards, Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets, San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Clippers.
