Firstly, white coat syndrome is a sickness of your blood. I have just learned it this day when I made some readings in the internet. It is somewhat scary. It is much better for those diagnosed with white coat to see a doctor for you condition surely gets worsen and you could develop a risky blood pressure. You need to talk to your medic. Do not ignore your feeling if you are having white coat hypertension see a doctor, so you can have the medication right away to avoid risk of stroke or other serious effects of white coat hypertension.
