What Are The Things To Remember When Going To Beach?

Going to the beach during vacation is one of the things we love to do. It is a way of bonding with family and friends. But, there are many things we need to remember before going to the beach this summer. Always put in mind these things because they are very important not only to us but for all.

SAFETY FIRST. 

1. Although it is summer time, we still need to check on the weather. Make sure it will not rain.
2. Make sure you know how to swim. If not, do carry with you some inflatable swim tubes.
3. Don’t get drunk before going to the water.
4. Beware of the big waves.
5. Always drink lots of fresh water to avoid heat stroke or go find shades.
6. Use body lotion that will protect your skin against sunburn.

RESPECT THE PLACE

1. Treat the beach as your own place. Don’t scatter your waste along the sea or leave your trash anywhere.
2. Don’t harm any sea animals like fishes that you might see.
3. Don’t vandalize.
4. Leave the place the way it is when you arrived.

BE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PLACE

1. Actually, this should be the first thing you should do. Research more about the beach you want to go. If possible, know things about the history of accidents happened in the place. If accidents often occur in the said place, it is better to look for other beaches that are safer.
2. If you are with children during the time of going to the beach, make sure that the place is secure for them.

These guidelines may be simple and are basic but it is a very helpful reminder for us. It is good to enjoy our activities when we are at the beach but it is better to be safe and be reminded of the things that we should and we should not do.
