NYX eye shade primer, it is the one that i tried this year and did not try more , but let us see what the market says
I do not always use eyes makeup primer, I tend to use good foundation for the makeup, but one time I had to use pinkish makeup for a party and felt my foundation is not good cover if pink makeup was my choice to use.
So had to buy eyes Primer, I did not thought that its going to be great cover. But though get it from drugstore this NYS primer worked nicely

It is an average market eyes primer, nys cose it $9 big tube and 3.3 dollars small one. Since I purchased it I did not have to buy again and its now 3months. How to use?
blend the primer on you upper lids and lower eye lids using small brush, after 15 seconds put your eyeshadow, it has littly shiny look when it dry, it does have a great longevity for your eyeshades but it also correct all the redness round the eyes
this primer is essential to me, good eye shades primer is hard to get. tube of this primer stays long time and look really a luxury to women.
