6 Reasons Why You Fail When It Comes To Losing Weight

Everyone in this world wants to maintain their body weight and it is done by few people only. I also tried a lot to lose weight but not able to achieve. You could have experienced the same issue in your life when you tried to lose weight. When I analyzed the reasons for the failure of weight loss six reasons came to my mind.

The first reason is commitment to lose weight. Yes, commitment is the best platform of weight loss activity for any person in this world. If you are committed to your weight loss program, I am sure that you can achieve the results easily. But we lack that one in our life and it remains in our life only temporarily. Next reason is lack of hard work. Yes, we bound to work hard without stop till we achieve the result because weight loss activity is not an easy task as it needs long time work without stop. However, we stop our process in the middle of the road and hence results are not achieved. So, working hard for a long time alone yield results. Next is the perseverance to lose weight in our life. We have to be determined to lose weight in our life and this mental stability gives you good results.

Another reason is laziness to lose weight. I have seen many overweight people who want to lose weight stop the activity due to laziness to do. Laziness is the major enemy of weight loss program. Work load in our life prevents us from losing weight. This is common issue in majority of the people who are working in a firm. Due to their work load, they could not able to lose weight on a daily basis. The last reason is lack of interest on our appearance and health. This reason would deteriorate our life completely and even cause serious illness.

    • I agree. The lack of determination and commitment to exercise and to stick to a healthy diet can make us fail in losing weight.

      I do also some dieting because I am trying to lose my belly fat. I would only eat an apple for dinner, exercise and try to always walk briskly when I go to the comfort room at our office.

      I wiggle my butt while seated in my office chair, once in a while. I also stretch out my feet and wiggle them.

      At least , through these little things it can help me lose weight. Well, I was surprised when I weighed myself lately, that I actually gained 3 pounds. Though, my pants have already loosened.

      In fact, the hole where I adjust my belt when wearing my loose pants is already not the right one. I now have to tighten it still a bit. :)

      But I wonder why is it like that, I gained 3 pounds yet my pants loosened up specially in the waist area. Maybe I gained muscles because I do some dumb bell exercises.

    • One needs to be serious if he wanted to lose weight. He must do it so religiously; no if's, no but's,do everything, grab every chance to have some exercise which is very important component of losing weight, along with a strict diet program.

    • The only thing that I can think of is a lack of exercises lately. That's the reason why I am gaining weight. The course of action is to have the combination of doing some exercises and eat a well-balanced diet. It might work for me and it will not for the other people.

      As you had mentioned, self-determination is the key to able to cut down weight. If we don't do the action, then there is nothing will happen. How I wish to have increase metabolism activity during my younger years. But now, I really need to take all the effort to keep fit. As of now, I need to change my sedentary lifestyle.
