I am an advocate of “Babyfriendly”. Baby friendly is giving nothing to the baby except his or her mother’s breast milk until at least six months of a baby’s life. This makes the baby to be less vulnerable to diseases, strong, articulate and brilliant in school afterwards. I am an advocate of Babyfiendly. All mothers produce enough breast milk to breast feed their babies even if the babies are twins. This is because, the more the baby suckles, the more breast milk is produced.
Husbands and family members should give assistance to nursing mothers. It is better to give beverages, sound food substances to a nursing mother than to give whatever milk substitute to a baby, especially in the first six months. The body system of the mother naturally refines the foods taken and the baby sucks his or her food in the proper proportion naturally balanced.
Mothers who breastfeed their babies enjoy more by having time to take care of their babies and the entire family. The hassles of frequenting the hospitals or baby care centers are reduced.The baby and mother will have more time to themselves.
Crying is not a sign that the baby does not want the breast milk or is satisfied with the breast milk as most naïve mothers allege. Crying should not be a part way through which inexperienced mothers prefer the alternatives rather than the natural breast milk. When a baby is crying, breast feeding mothers should find out if the baby is wet, and needs a change of diaper. It is possible that the crying may be that the baby wants to sleep. This is because, natural milk can induce sleep. At this time, the mother should curdle the baby and use other motherly techniques to put the baby to sleep. If the crying continues, the mother should go into an enclosure, remove the clothes of the baby and check if any ant or heat is keeping the baby restless. When the baby’s crying continues without stopping, it is then better to see a pediatrician-a doctor who specializes in children’s health to find out why the baby is crying without stopping.
Breast milk is easily digested. It does not cause baby to grow too fat. Breastfed babies have better alignment of teeth than the bottle fed babies. Babies should not be given pacifiers or sucker dummies.

Mother's milk is the best food for newborn babies. It has colostrum (the first milk) which will protect the baby from diseases. I admire mothers who breastfeed their babies because it will give them the right nourishment in their early stages.
