Sri Lanka Beat Australia in 1st T 20 of series, 2013

Sri Lanka was scheduled to play a 3 Match T 20 International Series in Australia in 2013. Both teams have great players and all rounder’s and match winners and it would be interesting to see them battle in this series and who batted very well  will be crowned as the winner after the series as both are ranked at 3 and 5. Sri Lanka batted well and was able to chase the target of 138 runs in 18.5 over’s at the loss of 5 wickets and won the game by 5 wickets in hand and with top contributions from Angelo M who made 35 runs in 27 balls with 3 4’s and 1 sixes at the strike rate of 130 runs in 100 balls.

Sri Lanka won the match by 5 wickets in hand and leads the series 1-0 with 2 more games to play.
