South Africa was scheduled to play a 5 Match ONE DAY International Series in India in 2015. India batted very well and aggressively and was able to post total of 247 runs in 50 over’s at the loss of 9 wickets and with top scores of Skipper and Wicket keeper M S Dhoni who made 92 runs in 86 balls with 7 4’s and 4 six at the strike rate of 107 runs in 100 balls and A rahane who made 51 runs in 63 balls with 6 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 81 runs in 100 balls.

South Africa was needed to score 248 runs in 50 over’s to win this match and take 2-0 lead in this 5 match one Day international Series.

South Africa started well and aggressively but lost its way in the middle and end over’s and was only able to make 225 runs in 43.4 over’s and was bowled out and top scored by F D plesis who made 51 runs in 56 balls with 6 4’s and 0 six at the strike rate of 113 runs in 100 balls.

India won the match by 22 runs and levels the series 1-1.
