India Beat Australia in the 3rd T 20 match of the Bilateral series played in 2016

India was scheduled to play a 3 Match T 20 International series in Australia in 2016. This series was important as both teams were preparing for the T 20 World Cup to be played later in India in 2016. The 3rd and final T 20 International match was to be played on Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney, Australia on 31st Jan, 2016. India already won the series 2-0 with 1 more game to play in this 3 match series. But both teams will still try to win this match to end the series on winning note.

And Australian team and 11 was looking like this in this 3rd and final T 20 International match: Shane Watson, Shaun Tait, Aaron Finch (c), Matthew Wade (wk), David Warner, Steven Smith, Kane Richardson, Chris Lynn, James Faulkner, C Boyce, Travis Head

Australia started very well and played aggressively to set total of 197 runs in 20 over’s at the loss of 5 wickets and top score by Skipper S Watson who made unbeaten 124 runs in 71 balls with 10 4’s and 6 sixes at the strike rate of 175 runs in 100 balls and T Head who made 26 runs in 19 balls with 1 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 137 runs in 100 balls.

India batted very well and was on the way to win this game and was eventually able to chase the target on the last ball of 20th over and won the game by 7 wickets and top scored by R sharma who made 52 runs in 38 balls with 5 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 137 runs in 100 balls and V Kohli who made 50 runs in 36 balls with 2 4’s and 1 six at the strike rate of 139 runs in 100 balls.

India won the match by 7 wickets and Series as well 3-0.
