Work from Home is not a bad idea

I once saw a book “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Married Life! Written by three authors Amy Newmark , Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield. First I thought it was a recipe book with different chicken and chicken soup recipes good for keeping your partners happy. Incidentally I was a great chicken dishes lover especially Tandoori Chicken and Butter chicken at the time of reading that book (all Punjabis are).

I read that book out of curiosity as I borrowed it from my senior manager when I saw it lying on his car’s dashboard during my posting in Delhi office. Incidentally he had offered to drop me at my apartment on his way to his home. I was living alone then and cooking at times in my one room apartment so I thought I will give few of the recipes a try.

But after I read a few pages of that book my eyes opened wide for two reasons. The first, that book had nothing about chicken or soups but all about work from home. Second, the time I read that book work from home was not even heard in our country but work from home was only referred people doing small jobs from home in their spare time but it was not considered a full time job anyways.

Now we all know that developed countries like America, Britain, Australia, Germany France etc. offer this option for years to their employees and workers in certain fields take full advantage of ‘work from home’ facility. If I have my figures right in America only more than 15 million people work from home.

However, I would like to add here that work from home is good in certain sectors like IT, agency jobs, tour & traveling, writing and e-commerce. In our country also the concept of work from home is gaining popularity especially among the married female employees.

    • Yah, indeed its true working from home is good but if I'm not mistaken, this may apply mostly to developed countries.

In many third world countries, People wakeup every morning, run to working places to appear physically, if not so, you will be marked absent and your pay will be cut for absentism. This is because facilities that enable one to work from home are not common and even if they could be, most of the People dont know how to use them.

And we dont believe you can sit, work from home and be paid, for most of us offer manual labour and you know what it means.

Like me I have never been paid for working from home. If LiteracyBase does pay me, then this will be the first of its kind.

    • I think it can be bad idea once you get bored. If the work is regular then you;d be happy. But when the work stops and you have no other option, then work from home can be bad. It's better to have day job and working on online stuff during evening or the weekend. That way one can't get bored and also money making would be lot better.

    • The only work at home I am with is this site and myLot. Before, I had Bubblews and I really was able to earn a lot there.

So even if I weren't paid there for a few hundred dollars, it's okay because they really gave me a big earning there. It's just so sad that it got closed because of those spammers who scammed them of money.

I hope this site will be here a very long time so I can always have a place to earn extra through writing.

    • I wanna add this website i tried it does work well it makes about 20dollars a day not big thing but at least i got some income :
